My Sweet Boy

We read the kids a book in Kaelin's bed, say our prayers, and kiss Kaelin goodnight.

Then Kaelin says, "please take Gavin out of my bed, I won't be able to sleep through the night"

So, we do because we really need Kaelin to sleep through the night.

And because she sleeps like Adam and would completely smother this kid.


Sometimes she loves him so tenderly...

Sometimes she takes the love a little too far...

Oh, but so stinkin sweet!

All day long, I am saying, "Please let him sleep" and "Please don't wake him up" and "Please let him be" but Kaelin just cannot help herself. She is always peeking over the bassinet, or crib, and under the carseat cover and waking the poor kid up. Drives me completely nuts!!

We always get compliments on his hair, but I am seeing some sheddage on his sheets this week.

So, he might be going that weird bald...where it's only in the back. If so, he's getting a buzz.

Fathers Day June 19

and I started back to work 4 days a week.

Figuring out a schedule is like a puzzle.

Everyday is different, but somehow it all works.
