Our Christmas In Utah

I really don't know where to start, so here it goes...

So this may be weird to most of you, but I had to post a during and after picture of the storm that rolled in on Monday night. I have never been in a snow storm, so I just stared out the windows in awe. The flakes were so big, they looked like the ones you make out of paper.

Christmas #1 @ The Cones

Last weekend we celebrated Christmas at my parents house since we will be in Utah for Christmas this year. We will be driving and I am absolutely not looking forward to it. I hate driving in anything but sunny weather, so hopfully that's what we will get. But after looking at the weather for Utah, it's pretty much...snow, snow, snow!

So anyways, here's a recap.

Oh man, it was so nice outside the other day. Crisp, yet warm. Loved it. Does anyone notice the blankie she is sitting on...if you had a baby at HOAG, you should....

D-Land!!!

We went to the Happiest Place on Earth yesterday. It's funny how we made it there. We headed out to run some errands, ya know...go to Michaels, the Verizon Store, etc... Then all of a sudden, the idea popped into my head to just GO!! So we did. And it was great! We parked in the second row in Timon Parking, hopped on the tram and the place was as close to empty as I have seen it in a long while. The wait for every ride was 5 minutes and under. We got there at 12:30 and left at 3. We didn't hit any traffic either way, it was the best experience!!

Sorry to brag about it, but I just LOVE Disneyland.

A Day at the Park

Adam had off on Tuesday, so we opted for a park day. We ended up going all the way out to Orange to the Irvine Regional Park. Too bad it was so dang cold or else we would have done the train ride around the park.

It's our BURF-Days...

Here's our yummy cake with the Beach Scene on it. I chose this because we can never have a beach party. It's always raining and cold. Having a Birthday in December is not my cup of tea.

Sunday night we went over to our parents house and ate a nice dinner and played some Apples to Apples. It was so much fun. Kaelin kept trying to show my cards to everyone.
So I gave her a different deck.
